The Social Competition at Macedon Ranges Volleyball is the heart of our community. Designed for players of all ages and abilities, our competition provides a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment to play volleyball locally.
Whether you’re new to the sport, returning after a break, or simply looking for a great way to stay active, our social competition offers something for everyone.

Macedon Ranges Volleyball currently runs two social competitions each week, providing opportunities for both women’s and mixed/open teams to compete locally.
Sunday Night – Women’s Competition

Riddells Creek Leisure Centre
Our Sunday night Women’s Competition provides a dedicated space for female athletes to compete in a supportive and enjoyable environment while continuing to build their skills and match experience.
Monday Night – Open Social Competition

7:00pm – 9:00pm
Macedon Ranges Sports Precinct
Our Monday night Open Division welcomes mixed teams and players of varying experience levels, creating a competitive but friendly atmosphere each week.
Season Structure
We run two seasons each year:
Summer Season: January – June
Winter Season: July – December
No games are played during school holidays.
Registrations
Our competitions are currently at full capacity. New players and teams will need to wait until the following season to join.
We encourage interested players to keep an eye on our Facebook page and website for announcements and registration details for the next season.
Spots fill quickly each season due to strong community interest, so early registration is recommended.
